Locked Hexagon Model Toolkit Launched

The Locked Hexagon Model was first described in the paper 'Leading Race Equaity in Mental Health' (see publications).  It sets out an organisational development approach to imporving outcomes for Black and minority ethnic users of mental health services.

The Centre for Social Justice recommended the adoption of the Locked Hexagon Model nationally in their report "Completing the Revolution".  The toolkit provides detail on the evidence base and the mechanisms for implementing the model.
